I want to respond to Jay P’s review from 3 days ago as his comments are so different and off-base from all my dealings with Matt and CityScape Insurance. As a “startup”owner, many insurers wouldn’t even consider talking to me. Matt cut through the red tape and worked tirelessly with multiple firms to get the coverage I needed. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and gave estimates as to how long it might take for carriers to review certain specialty areas. His solutions were creative, cost-effective and beneficial for the insurer and me. I put my personal and professional reputation on the line when I recommend someone. I do not endorse anyone unless they are exceptional. Matt and CityScape Insurance far exceeded my expectations.

Matthew has wasted the last two weeks of my life. He has not replied to an email in 5 days and i cannot get him in the phone. Will have to try another agency who can hopefully bind my builders risk.

Typically working with any Broker or Insurance company directly is a stressful process. However, working with Jason Voss was the best experience I have ever had. His communication and professionalism was top notch. I will be recommending people to check out CityScape for themselves. Great job CityScape with Jason!
