Chubb Group of Insurance Co

This is an awful insurance company to deal with for businesses. They have taken over 20 months to bill me for a business that is no longer operational. They claim it was from an audit in 2022 and for a time period AFTER my business closed, yet no one will take care of this balance. After spending hours on the phone arguing with them and being transferred three times, hung up on once with no resolution, I decided to just pay it to get rid of them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Our small business canceled Chubb liability and they are refusing to refund the 6 months of unused premium. We will be filing in district court next week. DO NOT USE CHUBB INSURANCE IT'S A SCAM

They're not a good Insurance company to have to collect from. They do not want to pay for the damages of others vehicles when their clients hit you. I still haven't heard anything from them and it's been over two months now. They're Extreme Cheapskates.
