Christopher Lucas: Allstate Insurance

Very unhappy with the treatment from this Agent and staff. I was treated as if I was born yesterday. They were scrutinizing me while not being forthcoming with accurate, helpful, or truthful information to me. Very little assitance and insulted when canceling. As if I was not allowed to! Also billed me for another month after many emails and phone calls cancelling my insurance. Not a good vibe!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Lucas for many years and he was always good to me. In the last 6 years I had no need for car insurance but this week I purchased two cars that needed insurance. Chris went over and above the call of duty. Not only did he give me the best price available but he worked on Sunday to get me the insurance cards and sent them over to the dealer within 20 minutes of need. Chris Lucas save the day and I appreciate him.

Chris and his staff are great. Questions answered quickly and timely. They listen to your concerns and work to make it better.

Chris really works for his clients. We all feel like just another number to the insurance companies. However, Chris makes you feel like an important and appreciated individual.
