I went with AllState after they quoted me policies for home and auto that were significantly lower than my previous company. The Bridgeport (WV) office, and other offices I communicated within the company have been very good to work with. All were very courteous and professional.

Called for a quote for homeowners and auto. I explained to the Representative that I needed the quote to have the same coverage as the other quotes I was getting so I could compare them fairly. She went on to try and sell me higher coverages and explain to me what liability insurance is like I don't know. I asked her nicely several times to provide a quote with the coverage I was asking for. She wouldn't do it and kept on pitching the higher coverages. I read a lot of good reviews here but unfortunately I had a bad experience. Rep sounded new over the phone so maybe that was the issue.
