I was a customer of the former owner, Joe. A complete gentleman. My experience with Allstate now, and Christopher Butz has been nothing short of horrid. I’ve had to beg him repeatedly by email, phone call and text to get simple documents. Documents I pay for. 9/10 times I am sent different things or ignored. It makes me look awful to my customers. I’ve never experienced having to beg someone so much to spend my money with. I pride myself and being organized and punctual. Christopher Butz Allstate insurance agent does not seem to care whether he has your business or not. Unfortunately, it reminds me all too much what they say about insurance salesman. I joined AllState Insurance Company through CHRISTOPHER BUTZ AGENCY out of Bedford Hills, Westchester.NY. I have found them to be excellent. If I call and don’t get them, after a few, they will return my call when they are not engaged otherwise. They give pertinent advise and make every effort to seek out any and every discount that can possibly be given.... they always look out for my pocket and I really appreciate the help of Mr.Nick. He goes out of his way ,I am sure , to let me bother him for doing every insurance transaction for me — worry free service. In simple language, it’s the place to go for all your insurance needs. I have been a customer for a while. Chris and staff go out of their way to do whatever you need. That is rare. They really understand customer service better than most I have ever seen.
