How wonderful that I found Christina and her assistant Carely. I found myself in a last-minute position after my former agent failed in his mission to represent me well. Christina has got to be the best insurance agent I’ve seen in a long time. One of her elder clients experienced a house fire. THE SAME DAY, minutes after the fire, she arrived to their home to help them search the damage for vital personal belongings, walked them through and handled the claim process and secured them temporary housing, all in an hour. Agents used to provide this level of service to their customers who had advanced needs. Not anymore. But Christina just did! I was blown away by that, and this is coming from someone with 14 years of experience in emergency response property damage.
