Absolutely awesome. Courtney got me right in on time and we found out we share a birthday. So that was extra special. We talk a lot about me being on fixed income and the cost of things. She worked very hard at my reasonable rate. I left happy only to get a phone call that her manager helped get me lower. Very happy over a stressful situation. Thanks again Cortney, you rock.
