I have trusted these people for years , I asked for help getting a reduced rate both Tonya and Christi were curt with me over the phone and withheld a home insurance refund I was due for over 4 months. shopped around found a rate for $170 cheaper for the same coverage . Look somewhere else.

I was very impressed about how well allstate was able to help me. I gave them the information they needed on their app and it took 10 min and from that point I've literally done nothing. Allstate has taken care of everything and made this as painless as possible and it's very greatly appreciated! Car will be fixed Tuesday and I'll be back on the road!

Katie and Christi are exceptional at ensuring your family has adequate coverage and all the discounts that are applicable to your home/auto/etc. I have never had to file a homeowners claim (so I can't speak to that side of my family's coverage), but I have had an auto claim and the process was quick, fast, and painless on Katie/Allstate's end. Even checking their rates against auto owners/geico/etc. every 6 months Christi Johnson Allstate's rates are routinely 5-12% lower than competitors.
