Our previous State Farm agent for 40 years and located in Aurora retired. We chose Chris Hard as our agent after researching agents in Colorado Springs. We are extremely pleased with our choice. Our first contact was a phone call, talking to Shelby, to discuss how to transfer our account. Shelby was very helpful in making the transition to a new agent and spent a lot of time during several phone calls answering our questions.
