Absolutely incredible! By incredible, I mean that I received the type of service that I always hope for, but only occasionally receive. I have spoken to the agent Chris many times over the years + he is great, but what really sets this office apart -is the front of the office, namely Rakshna. Not only was Rakshna able to accomplish some tasks on my policies that others were not able to, but also took a holistic look at my policies in an effort to lower my over all premiums. Even if she had not been able to help me in the ways that she did, I likely would have rested satisfaction in the knowledge that someone took the time to understand my needs while going the extra mile to help me. Rakshna Is the absolute best agent EVER not only in her beyond outstanding customer service but also in her actual care to save you the most money . I shopped around quite a bit trying to get insurance on my car I have a not so squeaky clean driving record no one was able to get me insured for almost a week which meant I couldn’t get my new car from the dealership. Spoke with Rakshna and she was able to get me covered fully on a Friday night so I got to pick up my new car thank to her not only did she get me insured but she also got me amazing rates . She is the absolute best and most caring person I’ve ever dealt with for insurance 🙌🙌
