Have been with them well over 8 years and I have sent alot of family and friends and everyone has never had any problems. Darrell always breaks information down and explains especially when we had problems a few years ago with some accidents on our policy and like he stated the rate would get better and it has! This company is far from reputable. I delt with Darrell himself the owner because i have one prior experience were one of his employees took my debit card and made fraudulent purchases with my card directly after calling and making a payment over the phone. So i changed banks and made cash payments after that. Then came time for renewal Darrell the owner after i explained the previous incindent convinced me he could get me a policy at a cheaper monthly rate if i did auto debit. I signed documents that stated $159 would be deducted and they took $336. I call their office and the young lady laughs at me. Honestly I have been working with this agency for about two years now and at this point I am completely over they’re BS. I had an incident with them in April where Darrell Bennett, the owner told me that my monthly payment would be $75 a month, I got an invoice from the insurance company saying that it would be $124 that month, I called back to Mr. Bennett’s company and I was avoided for about a day and a half, when I was able to actually speak with him he told me that they would not be able to do anything about it, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEYRE MISTAKE, i would just have to start a new policy I didn’t understand because, what type of policy is on a month-to-month basis ? especially if they’ve quoted me a set price, Even after that happened I gave them a second chance which was today he told

I have used Choice Insurance in the past. When I learned that Darrell Bennett (whom I know from high school) was the Agent/Owner, I referred several friends and family members. I referred my daughter who has been a customer for more than two years, almost three. She had a situation where the actual insurance company took out more than $211 for one month's premium IN ERROR. We immediately contacted Darrell, the Agent in hopes that he would have the matter corrected in a timely matter. After several left messages, he returned our call stating the $211 would be refunded within 48 hours. Well, a few days later and the money STILL had not been refunded to my daughter's account. OMG.. These people took my money and send a incorrect policy to the underwriters. The Kemper underwriters said that they didn't even add my address to the policy nor did they put in my request for federal filing. She apologies for them several times and cancel my policy. But the agents at Choice insurance would not give me the agency fee back, which was 150 dollars. I was cheated out my money. Beware, believe me, trying to be cheap will cost you. I will be filing with the BBB.
