Don't trust this company with your checking account number or any other number. I cancelled my policy 5 years ago and they are still charging my checking account. I've called, I've written and they say they have taken care of it. Then a couple of months later they charge me again and keep charging. I called my broker but they say I have to take care of it directly. They have never appologized or refunded a penny of the money they stole from me. They are still charging my account to this day. I'll probably have to close my account to get these people to quit stealing from me.

Great people good prices when i previously had workers compensation and general liability for my fencing/construction/ remodeling business. Whenever there was an accident or hiccup on a project (i.e. someone accidentally hitting s natural gas line casing s leak needing immediate repair and safety measures taken) and the proper people got in contact with myself for compensation and invoicing; Erie then took it from there with getting making sure the bills were paid and all parties were happy snd satisfied. Also throughout the time I had my company the number of employees I had, amount of money I was making and paying out, people who handled matters with my taxes, paperwork, records and insuring my legality and legitimacy had changes and they always had great communication and were alway

So far pretty bad. I can't seem to get the insurance started. They have taken my money but now I owe another $34.58 to some place called Ann Beater only they do not take debit cards only checking accounts. I am going to cancel the whole deal. This company is bad. I am only hoping that I can get my $$ back. I can't believe I was sold this piece of garbage.

I wish there was a zero star. Thats what they deserve. I did have an accident, i was hospitalized. They were supposed to cover 1000 dollars of emergency treatment. Up to 10000 dollars for the whole accident and some other things. Called customer service and claim specialist 100 times. Always long calls no good,results, no,help. I was told that they do not guarantee they are paying you anything. I sent them,final bill to show room charges proving that i was hospitalized and their response was hilariously ridiculous; "you room charges are observatory only"

Awful! My husband and I weren't able to afford the insurance so we called them to end the account. Go into the bank and find out they're still taking payments from him! Un-freaking-believable! You're supposed to help people? Yeah right!
