I had the pleasure of speaking with Lee Ann at State Farm insurance this morning right as the business opened, and I am so impressed with her professionalism and care. I had several questions about my auto insurance policy after moving from Florida to Virginia, and Lee Ann answered every single one with patience, grace, and clarity. Despite it being the start of her shift, she remained kind, attentive, and fully present in our conversation. She handled all of my concerns efficiently and made sure that everything I called about was taken care of before we hung up. I truly appreciate her time, her expertise, and her professionalism. Lee Ann made what could have been stressful process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for attentive and knowledgeable service.

Chelsey went above and beyond to help me with the best rate for myself and my teenage son. We all know teenagers car insurance is expensive. She made sure she looked into any possible way to get us the best rate and she succeeded. I am happy with our rate and really appreciate all of the time she spent searching. Highly recommend speaking to the agent directly and not using the 1-800 # thats experience was not the same unfortunately, but she helped me fix all of that as well. Thank you!!!!

What a breath of fresh air it was working with Lee Ann. I got to witness how far above and beyond she went for a customer. The customer service provided was the true meaning of customer service.
