Cheap Auto Insurance

No points ,never any accidents or claims. Ever... Yet they still raise my price 1000. Yes 1000 a year for the last 3 years. Greed, 30 years with them. And I'm stuck because others are started to raise the prices also. So much for loyalty and no claims.. I feel they should NOT punish the customer who is a good driver and has zero claims.. Whats the point of being a good driver and a loyal customer? Can't imagine if I had a ticket or needed to actually use them for a claim. I can not afford this much longer.

Had them for a year with a reasonable price and price got increased dramatically once the year ended. Clean record since I signed up, and now it’s hard to cancel since they charge you end of the month unlike most insurance company’s which charge at the beginning. I’d have to to pay two insurance companies at the same time to switch.

Frustrating when you call to get information on adding a driver and vehicle agent tells you yes you can then you call to get the quote to finalize then different agent tells you not possible!! Does the right hand know what the left hand is saying! It’s in the notes this is what gives you a sour taste! Liberty just lost a loyal customer cancelled my policy on the spot can’t stand agents giving you different information when they work for the same company!!

Liberty screwed me on my policy so they wouldn't have to pay, they claimed I never had uninsured motorist which was an absolute lie and I had my policy copy to prove it. Now I'm out 10k in repairs and am going to have to fight them in court.

Don't bother with this company. Was a customer for 3 yrs each year they jacked my premium up when I finally caught on I checked prices with other companies, found out I was paying twice as much. I called them they didn't care just cancelled the policy and hung up on me.
