Just moved to GA and needing a new agent. Called to speak with an agent regarding a home policy for a new purchase. The woman that answered asked if I was "a current client or just the new home policy". When I told her it was new business she let me know they wouldn't write a single line policy and tried to forward me to another agency. I get that to a point, but it all starts with 1 policy and I called your agency on purpose. If I liked the customer service, I would have likely moved all of my policies. This 58 second interaction was enough to make me never call them back.
