Chase Clarke Stewart & Fontana Insurance

After a very rough start with this merger of Pryor Insurance and Chase Clarke via many frustrating phone calls last August 2023, I finally made a visit to the new office in Holyoke which proved to be the necessary move to finally smooth things out. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at the door who introduced me to someone named Christine who proved herself extremely competent and able to fix any issue as was the case with my previous agent who moved into a different position (Diem). I left the office with all issues resolved and was thankful to have met someone new (Christine) who could continue to help me in the future. Now I can safely recommend this agency to others. As long as you work with the right people, you'll do fine at this insurance agency.

This review is for Diem, she is the absolute BEST! My family and I have been going to her for years. She is so sweet, answers all of your questions and is very helpful. I just bought a new car and the process was so easy and smooth thanks to her. She even helped me save an extra $50 that the dealership was trying to charge me. Decent insurance with excellet customer service. Had the pleasure of having Carla help me when I was struggling to get something set up. She was so patient and attentive ! I will say their website may need some updating but the service is there !

Great agency, Caroline is a pure professional who goes over the top for all her clients. If your looking around for help with insurance needs just stop your search and call these guys, they will treat you right.

If you want the insurance company to handle your "stuff" these are your guys. Same day service in most cases. I never have to go to the registry anymore, and should something happen, It is handled behind the scenes
