Charley Benson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I spoke with Dana today. She was very condescending and unhelpful. She spoke to me as though I were an idiot and as if I were wasting her time. God forbid my insurance help me in a time of need. Please consider hiring people who are humble, compassionate, and helpful. This is the second time in a row that I've had a bad experience with the front desk person for this location. I believe I spoke with Dana last time, too. My husband has been with State Farm for years and uses it for all our insurance needs. I will definitely be considering other insurance companies. The customer service has definitely taken a hit as another reviewer stated. I hope Charley is taking note of these reviews and low ratings. I lost my coverages due to agent error. Sharon with Charlie benson state farm added a person to my policy without my knowledge or consent. She withdrew money from my account to pay for their insurance and then my policy was canceled because they didn't have a current license. The agent refused to correct her error or pay me back none of this was done with my consent or knowledge and now I'll have to pay additionally each month with another provider. When she could have simply took accountability for her error and correct her mistake. Or you know checked with me personally before she added someone to my policy.

My family has had policies with Charlie Benson for over 10 years. However, current customer service has taken a hit. I've requested policy changes that have gone unanswered for months, and now policies have been cancelled without a single phone call or call backs on multiple calls made. Because of the lapse of this I've had to move my policies elsewhere.

Always helpful. I usually deal with Dana, and she always helps with what I need. Charlie has always been very nice & helpful.
