Charles Snyder: Allstate Insurance

We've been an Allstate customer for over 25 years-through insuring one car, then two, then 2 children drivers, adding house insurance and now into our seasoned years. Each year we trusted Allstate, even through an Agent change. We haven't had any incidents of us being at fault, IN OVER 25 YEARS! Now, that our budget is fixed and we cannot afford the steep increases in rates offered, Allstate doesn't have any consideration. Outside agencies are offering better rates for the same coverage! And your agent is willing to connect us with those agencies!?!? Tells you something doesn't it! At one point in time, we were "ride or die" for Allstate, now, we are going to have to "divorce" you for something that offers the same services for a reasonable rate.

During the December 25, 2022, Blizzard in Buffalo, NY. I was devastated by the damage to my home. Once I called Allstate my fears were relieved. I felt completely covered by Allstate and they didn't disappoint. I will be forever grateful! Thank you, Allstate, you're the BEST!

Whenever I have a question , Charlie and the staff are always ready to help! Worst experience and customer service ever! Both from the agency and from Allstate Customer Service. I called the agent back with 30 minutes of getting an ID card for a new vehicle. I just asked them to change the effective date by one day as the customer decided to pick up their new car early. The agent would not do anything for me, said that I had to call corporate. Called at least 10 times with no answer and 3 times left a message and no one ever called back. Day two and still getting a runaround. Terrible Customer Service! Just ridiculous for such a simple request!
