I've been using Charles Leon insurance for decades, back before Charles retired. Jennifer is amazing but I've had less than satisfactory communications with other members of the staff. If you don't work with Jennifer, get ready for possible frustration. The value of my Erie auto policy, for the price, is outstanding! I love their diminishing deductable feature! Thank you, Erie!
