I used Allstate for most of my life but switched away from them in 2005 for a better rate. Now I spend 20 years later and I have switched insurance companies multiple times because of the bait and switch that insurance companies do by giving you a low rate in the beginning and raising your rate. The second year I worked with Naomi at Chappetta insurance recently and not only was I able to save quite a bit of money on my homeowners insurance, my daughter was also able to save quite a bit of money. This was done by not giving me a generic quote but by giving me a detailed quote that reviewed everything needed for my homeowners. I appreciate the attention to detail and I look forward to working with Naomi going forward. Excellent customer service and great price!
