I have been working with Kerianne for a few months setting up new policies for my home, vehicles, personal property, and an umbrella policy. She has been amazing. At our initial meeting, she took the time to understand my insurance needs and was able to develop creative solutions to maximize the coverage at the lowest possible cost. Beyond that, she has been incredibly responsive to questions and requests beyond the initial policy setup, and I couldn't be more pleased that I selected State Farm to be my insurer.

She was kind and patient and explained all the next steps. She gave me the name of the body repair place that she and others had used with terrific service and told me they were in the State Farm preferred list . She linked to them and gave them all of my info!! She reached out to enterprise that was right next door to McMahon auto in round lake and gave them all of my info!!! While I was on the phone with her McMahon was on the other line calling me to set up an appointment!!
