The owner John Chancy is arrogant , will go around questions and sometimes not answer. He caters more to big business in commercial trucking insurance and seems to have no time for a small customer or potential customer.

Chancy handles all insurance policies for us and our extended family, they’ve been nothing short of exceptional throughout the years and we recommend them all the time!
