I love having someone that is professional, knows their stuff, but is willing to explain everything to me in such a way I can understand it. Not only that, but also listens to all my "stupid" questions and don't make me feel stupid for the questions I ask.

First I want to say that I am so happy that I found Challender Insurance Agency. We have been with them for some years and we live in Raleigh. They handle all of our insurance needs for our Home and vehicles and they have given us excellent customer service that is above and beyond. Don is our agent and he is the most polite and caring agent I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been in customer service, for approximately 50 year of my career, and he is the best, next to me of course, that makes your insurance experience top notch. We also have dealt with the other employees there and they make a great team. When he is not available, they are there to assist in any way they can.
