Been with American Family since the 70s, I’ve always gotten great service. As with any company, you have a few hiccups here and there, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. I’m totally satisfied with my coverage and the courteous care that I get from every person I talk to in Chad‘s office.
I have been with American Family for 20 plus years. When Chad took over the Rhinelander office he, and his team, went above and beyond to find me better coverage and saved me $240 a year. Recently I moved to Michigan, I was told American Family does not service Michigan ...I felt lost...until Chad told me he was licensed to service Michigan and found me comparable insurance...I will continue to be a faithful client to an amazing insurance agent.
I love talking with Chad. He always explains things so I can understand. The other people that work there are very nice too.
I have been with American Family for many years. In the Crandon Agency since 1988. Chad Swansan took over and my good service continued. Never any problems.
I'm fine with the coverage, but I'm not so fine with my exhorbitant monthly payment, especially in light of my driving record. I'm currently shopping around for a more reasonably priced plan from other companies.
