Kole was very helpful, polite, and had all answers to my questions. I had an agent update my policy to save me money, and that agent had since left. I was concerned about the policy being properly renewed. The old agent did it right and Kole confirmed everything with me on new policy numbers, correct amounts due and coverage. He answered dozens of questions I had for him, in a professional manner, without frustration or attitude. I really appreciate this type of customer service, and feel in good hands if I ever have to make a claim.
