After paying nearly $20,000 per year for a commercial policy, my claim was still not covered. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete joke. When you invest that much money into insurance, you expect support and protection when you actually need it. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Save your time and money and consider other options that truly stand behind their policies and customers.

I email Christy what feels like all the time to change my policy and she always comes through and gets it squared away right away. So far my time with Safeco has been very convenient for me.

I spoke with Christy today in getting paperwork completed. She was prompt and got everything sent out to me in a timely manner, and responded to my emails almost instantly. Car insurance in MI can be gruesome but working with a company that cares about their customers makes it much more tolerable. 10 stars!!!! Thank you, Christy!

Hands down one of the best places to do business with. Excellent customer service and extremely fast with getting things done.
