Long time customer, many years. Never had a claim, senior citizen living on a fixed income. My policy is being canceled due to my house needing pressure washed and little paint. This hasn't been an issue in the past, but now grounds for cancelation. Go bark at the moon

Absolutely horrible service. Manipulated an inquiry to say I made a claim. That is not true at all. I did not do any claim thru the insurance company. Then they dropped me to say I had the wrong roof installed and manipulated that I was suppose to tear off the entire roof and install another roof for another $20,000 when I had a new roof installed in 2020. Then they lied to me on top of all that about they do not insure homes that are for sale. Worst insurance company ever. I will be writing reviews on Facebook BBB and many other places. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
