I highly recommend Central Pro Insurance not just for your insurance needs but tax preparation as well! Every year they assist me and are fully transparent with my tax preparation.

The worst experience my husband and I have ever experienced! We were referred by family because they had a great experience but unfortunately we did not get the same treatment! Adriana the owner treated us so poorly and would not let us speak. Their office could not quote us on their fee for filing. They had our tax forms for 3 weeks and there was still no outcome. Hubby Went in and tried to get our forms and they wanted to charge my husband for our forms back. I went in and demanded them back and I was not going to be charged a dime for work that has not been done! I will never go back here! They show no respect unless they know you personally.

Very quick and easy experience! I have a very busy work life and usually cannot take a day off, so their team member Nohely suggested I go for their email route. Best decision! Most stress free tax season has ever been for me! Definitely recommending to my family and friends!!

This place has been recommended from a friend of mine who prepared her taxes there last year. I've always gone to h&r block in the past but they start to charge too much in my opinion so I decided to give it a try. The place is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. I asked for Adriana, she is the owner of the office and the one who takes care of tax preparation. She is an expert and very detailed in her work. She gave me a great refund! Much better than what I used to get! She really cares about your needs and takes the time to explain you everything. I really recommend Central Pro Insurance to anyone. For tax preparation they are the best in Riverside. I'll come back next year for sure!
