Cancelled policy and they still charged my for the following month. No one has returned my call in a week so now I'm forced to pay double. Terrible customer service

Don't know how how thier coverage is if you use them to cover you but if one of their drivers hits you expect little to no cooperation at all and them to drag it out as long as possible. It's been over a month and my car still hasn't been fixed and I've provided all they've asked for.

My issue is that while we are all isolated in our homes and most companies are sharing their excess profits from lower accident payouts due to our not driving as much, Central does not feel our customer loyalty deserves them to show the same. I will be finding a company that wants to work with its customers, especially when so many people are hurting financially.

Best insurance I’ve ever dealt with. My agent Charis Butler really gotta to know me and what kind of coverage I needed and it’s saved me a lot of money over the past few years.

Poor assist, they have over three weeks to pay out!!😡😡
