Central Claims Services Inc

I am writing this review on their phone system. I called this morning and got an automated message saying that they did not open until 8:30. I called at 8:30 and got the same message. I then waited 5 seconds, called again, and got through. The prompt said to stay on the line to speak with a representative if you do not know anyone's extension. I then listened to the music and less than 10 seconds later it said that all of the representatives were helping other customers. There is NO way that everyone was helping someone as I was probably the first person calling if not, one or two people who did the same as me. It is now 8:53 and I have called 5 times since 8:30 and no one has answered the phone.
