Cecil Powell's bonds are always hot and fresh. We always stock up for the week on bonds and are never disappointed! The manager Ben always greets us by name and knows my order. Sometimes he even throws in a little notary for free. I've never tried their insurance offerings but they smell amazing!. If you want bonds or insurance with a smile, CWP is the place to go! 5 Stars!
