This company is terrible and does everything they can to get out of taking care of people. Even though THAT IS THEIR ENTIRE JOB. They are sneaky and underhanded in their attempts to not take care of people that get hurt and have to file claims with them. If I could give you less stars I would. You don't deserve to have a license to operate here.

These guys are a joke. Rude and shady! Most insurance companies don't want to pay out when something happens, but these clowns take it to a whole new level. They start out by sending you something in the mail saying they have been trying to reach you when they haven't. They ask you to jump through a bunch of hoops and then want to deny you for documents they never asked to receive. I hate that this review won't even matter because they are purchased by big companies that don't care about anything other than the lowest price insurance the government makes them get. Enjoy your money because you clearly are only in it for the money.

This company provided no information throughout the claims process, and refused to answer emails for several months. They also false provided a denial of coverage, even though the signed application specifically stated that the work in question was covered by the insurance carrier. Moreover, the denial of coverage letter they provided listed absolutely no information whatsoever. Their representatives, Danielle Moore and Bart Chapman, were both unprofessional, and aloof to requests for information for several months. This is exactly the type of company that is referenced when discussing fraudulent insurance rejections. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would have.
