I was so impressed with Jessica! Her extraordinary customer service is beyond noteworthy. One detail I’d want everyone shopping for insurance to know—I asked to compare the premiums of a couple of auto policies. Rather than throwing me a few PDFs, I noticed that Jessica actually put down remarks on the PDFs, explaining in details what the differences in total premiums and monthly premiums are, so I didn’t have to switch back and forth between multiple files just to understand the numbers. This isn’t rocket science—this is simply a subtle gesture to showcase how one cares about her client—but this is also what sets her and the team apart from others.
