Lauren Stone is amazing. Accountability. Professionalism. Compassion. She provided me a quote in Oct. '24. It didn't benefit me at the time, she understood and let me know that she would follow up with me at my next renewal. A year later I received a text message from her with the same professionalism as before. She provided me a quote for my vehicle and renters insurance. The amount is better than what I was currently paying; however, if the amount would have been the same or comparable, I would have switched over, and Lauren would have been my deciding factor.
