So glad I made the change. Cassandra made the switch easy (and saved me some money!) Down to earth and helpful. Wish I would have known about the office sooner. I got the name from a friend who was happy working with Cassandra! and the office.

I've had policies through Cassandra Spear's agency for over 10 years. They've always been communicative about rate changes, which have also remained reasonable and have actually gone down some over time. I also like supporting a local agency over a large national one. I don't ever remember having long hold times when calling with questions, and they also allow for texting, which is convenient.

I called here because I wanted to see about switching agents when the agent I’ve been with for years just seemed to fall off the face of the earth when I needed to talk to her. The only reason it’s two stars and not one is because the woman who answered the phone, Megan, didn’t flat out hang up on me and sounded nice enough while saying they weren’t interested in me transferring my account to their agency but that I should call corporate if I wanted help. Which I had already done and corporate just said to go to my agents office in person. Hopefully this really is a one off in a sea of 5 stars, which is why I wanted to talk about transferring here in the first place, and not an indicator that things will be changing.
