Mike took the time to review all of the updates on our home owner policy before it renews. He made sure we were comfortable with the amount of coverage and answered the few questions we asked. Mike also updated some of the details for our HVAC systems and did a quick review of our automotive policies.

Mike did a annual review on my insurance policies. Explained things in great detail and offered addition coverage. Not pushy at all which i like. The few times I've contacted the office, it was always polite and able to handle my request. A well run insurance company with excellent customer service. Highly recommend and having a local agent , compared to a online company, is well worth it.

Having an insurance agent who takes the time to sit down for a face-to-face conversation is AMAZING! When it was time for my annual homeowners renewal, Mike answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my coverage. When I needed to add my daughter as a driver on my auto coverage, Taylor knew exactly what to do to make sure that she had the protection she needed. And when my daughter moved into her own place and needed renter's insurance, Carrie knew how to walk my daughter through the process (while helping me with my own mom anxiety!). I can't say enough great things about all of the staff!

We called Mike just after 12:00 to schedule an appointment. He was able to schedule a same day appointment for 3:30. We arrived about 15 minutes early. Mike stepped out of his office and greeted my wife and I.(nice firm old school handshake for me). He spent about an hour with us, answering every question we had. I found out he’s a drummer a plus for me! We had a very pleasant conversation over a wide range of topics. Mike was never pushy and in the end we saved money and learned a lot.We had a follow-up email from him when we got home. All in all an unexpected pleasant experience.

My husband and I have been State Farm customers for years and have worked with Carrie, Taylor and most recently Mike! They have all been wonderful and gone above and beyond when it comes to estimates to establish coverage, questions about existing policies and being very prompt in delivery of all information. We had a call with Mike recently to go over changes to our home insurance policy. He went over all of the information listed on the policy, advised additional changes and made those changes while on the phone and even had the patience to check in on auto and personal property coverages as well. He was a delight to talk to and had some funny stories to share to break up a routine convo. We are very happy with the entire team and would highly recommend!
