Our truck was parked where my husband works, and a transport truck hit it and left. We figured out who the owner was and who their insurance was. When we saw the reviews, our hearts dropped and we were ready to fight. When I first spoke to our adjuster, Alex Burk, i had my guard up and was ready for a hard time. She made the process easy. Every time I had a question or concern, she was right there to help. If she didn't answer her phone, I could leave a voice-mail and she'd return my call that day. If for whatever reason she was out of the office, her supervisor was available. I asked for a rental and they approved it within an hour! We had the rental for nearly 2 months. Being a service member you would think this company would of some kind of honor....nope. Was driving my kids to a soccer game and a chunk of ice flew off the top of a semi and hit the top of my car inches away from the back window where my kids were sitting. He could of killed one of use and they took no accountability at all. Chunks of ice aren't falling out of the sky he was negligent and did not clean his truck properly. This company is horrible and a waste of time to talk to.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. No accountability for the disruption to our life caused when their insured truck driver took out the entire drivers side of a brand new car while in stopped traffic. Failure to respond to requests for information, refusal to cover the full cost of the rental that was needed, and refusing to cover the cost of the repair to the car. Be prepared to fight if you ever have to deal with this company.

Terrible insurance company. All the lies being told by their teams, never return calls or emails. Be aware!!

Terrible company, never responds to any of mine or auto repair shops email. Might as well keep record of everything to sue them.
