Carlos Munoz - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with this agency since 2008. I have been treated with nothing but patience, kindness and respect. Carlos, Mary Jane, Andrea, and all of the office staff are always professional and calm(even when I'm not)and explain things to me without making me feel dumb or talked down to. I always praise Carlos and his team when speaking to friends and family and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing insurance company. They are more than a brand name, they are real people doing real work. Thank you for all that you do!

I am leaving this review because I don't think most people understand how great an insurance agent (or agency) can be. Carlos Munoz, and everyone at his agency, provide much more than just insurance, they provide peace of mind, which you cannot put a price on. I was derelict in my responsibilities and let my auto insurance renewal notice become buried under a mountain of junk mail. The day after my bill was due, Carlos sent me a text reminding of this fact. Had he not done so, I would have very likely forgotten about my insurance payment until well after the grace period had ended. In contrast, I previously had another State Farm agent who did not bother to remind me about a late payment until the last day of the grace period. Been with this agency a little over five years-only one claim which was taken care of so easily and painlessly-AND they actually denied the party’s claim! For once I felt my insurance was on MY side! Office staff is superb, in particular Drae who has an answer to every ins question I can think of. The only complaint I would have is that-like it seems with all auto ins-my unglamorous 12 yr old prius’ coverage keeps increasing!

I have been a State Farm member for some years now and I have never had an issue. Most recently Andrea has helped with life insurance and home owners insurance. She always responds quickly and is very helpful. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

We all know, finding auto insurance is worse than going to the dentist for a root canal. I was going through it this morning (and the last few days) trying to get insurance. Everyone was giving different rates than what the online quote stated. I was about to give up and settle for a mess, then Andrea called and sent me a quote that saved me $800 for 6-month coverage. I am a very happy person right now. Thank you Andrea!!!!!!!!!!
