I’ve been with this Allstate agency for several years, and today I called to add a new vehicle to my policy. The experience was excellent. Yaniela, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and professional. She clearly explained all my options, was informative without being pushy, and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Carlos and his team are beyond amazing! Always available, so well educated, and take the time to really explain each of the options without "selling" you more than you need/want. I cannot believe this…. this is my first time ever complaining about something of Google Review– I am a reasonable person but had to post this. I am very, very disappointed with this agency in which I have been with them for many years. Missed an email regarding my past due payment on my car insurance and I even on my reminder on my cell to pay (LOL daaaaa)….only to get am email saying "CANCELLATION" notices. Once I found this out - a payment was made immediately and thought this was ok till the next payment due on 7/7/25. Then I received an email saying "CANCELLATON" due to nonpayment yesterday 6/26/25. I then called the office and found out - if you miss one payment - the past and future payment are due immediately. I went ahead and paid this since I do not want to get in trouble

Great customer service, professionalism and kindness by representative Elizabeth Chinea. She helped our business tremendously in obtaining the best price during the renewal process of our commercial policy. She went above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer service.
