I had an excellent time working with agent Daniel Siele. He called me back with a quote the next business day, but I had already went with another insurer! His quote saved me about $30/Mo and had roadside service as well. I promptly cancelled my other plan and went with State Farm. It was very fast and convenient and the app was easy to set up. I haven't had to use it yet obviously, but baring any problems in that arena it has been the easiest interaction I've ever had with an insurance company.

Fantastic customer service from Carlos and his staff. Practically on Christmas Eve, I was panicked trying to pay a bill from my bank directly. Everyone in the office was helpful and gracious. I was able to pay my bill and went into the holidays with a clear conscience.
