I had a great experience with State Farm recently. Before a trip to Puerto Rico, I called to confirm that my policy covered a rental car, and it did. What impressed me most was that after my trip, they actually called me back to follow up. The representative, Yoland, was clear, engaged, and very knowledgeable. She gave me detailed information on two different policies and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable talking with her—she explained everything without making me feel pressured to buy anything. It’s rare to find such attentive and professional customer service these days, and I really appreciate the care and follow-up. Excellent service overall!

State Farm is an accredited company, and their offers are not only affordable but also customized to one's needs. The agents (Maria, Lizbeth, and other representatives) that I have had the opportunity to receive assistance from are good with communication, customer focused, professional, and understanding. Overall, it has been a positive experience so far.
