Keith has handled both my personal and business insurance for many years. During that time he has always helped me with any thing l needed and his service has been outstanding

Referred through progressive, reached out for a quote and when Kieth sent over a non progressive insurance carrier stating it was the "best deal" I asked for some comparison to show the value or savings. No response, very unprofessional.

If I could give them no stars I would. I had been using Carlock insurance for just about 10 years. And I have to say they quality of service has gone down hill. Our insurance company notified Carlock of some things that needed to be done to our property it took Carlock over 6 months to notify us. When I called to ask them about it it was a game of he said she said. I will NEVER use Carlock Insurance and will be reporting them as. I What ever you do don't use Carlock insurance!!!!!!

Called our agent (Michaela Poole) several times and nobody answered for weeks!!! When she finally reached out to us, it was only in rude one-sentence emails. I expect a lot more, especially after we have to deal with the consequences of a hurricane

Sent an email and also did an online inquiry for a new policy. Been iver a month. Never heard from anyone. Wish I was so wealthy I could just ignore new business too.
