This is THE guy. I had him help me with a vehicle titling issue, he was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and had me out the door with the paperwork I needed. All the other people I spoke to told me it would be anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks, he saw me same day and, I had a plate in hand same day. Couldn't be happier.
Mr Carl is so sweet great to work with. He married husband and I, my son and his wife we also go to him for all notary business
