Don't waste your time or life with this company.They delivered a broken medical device to my Mother's house knowing that it was broken. They were very rude & unprofessional regarding my Mother's health & will not replace the device until 20 to 30 days later & still haven't received any information regarding the replacement Very frustrating & can not understand why they are still in business.The health department need to shut down all services related with this CarePlus plan & disgusting ways they run their business. They're ruthless & have no regards of quality of their clients. One Home Care Solutions are associated with them & Eddie failed to answer any & all questions regarding the broken Bypap machine & abruptly said terrible untrue procedures regarding the problems & dignity of my Mot

This Ins Company has doctors in their plan but you can only see them if a 3rd party Company says you can… I was never told this signing on to this Ins Co… it’s a racquet!!! Sneaky Sneeky
