Carefirst BCBS gets their premium every month before I get my money and will admit to denying my claim because Medicare is primary to before BCBS. So if a provider is out of network with Medicare the claim should go to BCBS. It was so very easy for Supervisor Jennifer to have my case closed and not help me get reimbursed money that I paid out of my pocket.

Unfair business practices and incompetent claim processing. It took the 7 days to process a bill, allowing me less than 1 day to pay before they suspended my account. No accountability to the consumer and stand on their policies which are biased and unfair. To top it off - they mixed up claims under my anthem insurance and it took them more than 9 months to rectify the problem. Blatant incompetence.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to the CareFirst customer representative Lisa Kerr who went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to clarify details with Advanced Radiology and made sure I was paying the correct copay and co-insurance. She even set up a three-way call to ensure everything was properly arranged. Truly excellent customer service!

Not worth a single star. poor customer service. called multiple times waiting for hours transferred multiple times. these people have no empathy!!!! not helpful!!!! unacceptable treatment!

The worst and not helpful. No coverage of anything, what’s the point? Their directory of supposedly in-network providers is poor. Why does this have to be my dental insurance?
