I used this company for probably 10 years for all my different insurance. I pulled everything out of there last year, and even months later I keep finding more and more things that they messed up. Like new cars never being added to the policy (multiple times)... cars that were sold not being removed til years later (multiple times)... removing the wrong car from the policy after an accident so that we were driving a car without insurance... realizing a driver had never been added after multiple emails over a year's time... having the wrong type of insurance for a rental house... Having to email multiple times over multiple weeks to get an answer... Unbelievable incompetence... I wish I had gotten away from them years ago. So glad I finally did.
