WORST AGENT EVER!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! VERY COSTLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! One star is too good of a raiting. Here is why I feel this way: I had to fight with the agent for an hour about if I drive less than 5k per year to qualify for that discount, because she couldn't do the math properly. Even after she made many calls to people and I explained it many times she did not want to give out any discounts without a fight. I didn't give up so she eventually realized she was wrong and angrily gave me the small discount I deserved. But wait there's more... I have been trying to call them for a while now to cancel insurance on a car that has been taken off the road. It is 3/30 they won't answer the phone for anyone (not even for commerce). Their voicemail still apologizes for being closed

Judy is very rude! Called to let her know there was a mistake with the address listed in the home policy and she told me I was wrong. There is no mistaking the address that you’ve lived at for 15 years. She had such a bad attitude. My personal opinion is, find a different insurance company or deal with someone other than Judy.
