My homeowners insurance was canceled two or three times within the 1st year as a new client, I never received a callback from Walter after I expressed my concerns with his staff being very dry and unhelpful and slow to respond to my issues. I have not had a great experience with them. I am shocked that this didn’t happen again this year. I guess I was the unlucky client or the positive reviews are from friends of theirs. This was not my experience with them, the positive reviews. in fact, it was to complete opposite.
