My parents have been State Farm clients since I was in elementary school. I became a State Farm client as soon as I started driving. Bob Noble and his team, Linda and Mary, were wonderful and caring. When Bob passed away and his staff retired, all our policies automatically got moved to Calvin. I love that the change was seamless, and I didn't have to find a new agent. I got an introductory email from Calvin, and I remember hoping that Calvin and his team will be as good as Bob, Linda and Mary. To my surprise, Calvin is all that and more. Calvin has always been there for me to update my policies or to simply answer my questions. I have emailed him in the middle of the night and on the weekend expecting him to get back to me the next business day. Often I would get a response shortly after

Worst customer service we have ever experienced with a SF office. It takes multiple calls and emails to get them to respond to requests. We brought over a lot of lines and luckily left our Roth and other financial investments with our original agency so that we didn’t have an incompetent office managing our financials! Looking to get our business transferred to a different agent. Customer service in general has gone by the wayside post COVID, but this office takes the cake.
