A few weeks ago, I visited State Farm to get quotes for my home and auto insurance. Tired of the rising costs in the DFW area and lack of helpful agents, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Cris Flores. She carefully reviewed my current coverage and explained the options that best suited my needs. I left the office feeling confident and well-informed about my new State Farm policy, largely due to Cris's exceptional service. I'll definitely recommend her and State Farm to my friends and family.

What can I say. Margo is great! In fact all the staff is great. They are professional, patient, kind, and provide great customer service. I felt like I was sitting in the office with family/friends versus my agents office. Great Agency office if you ask me!!!!

Horrible customer service, insurance goes up every 2-3 months. It does not seem like they want to keep your business or offer any “thanks” for being good, continued customers. Have never had to file a claim (luckily) but prices continue to skyrocket, and they are extremely unwilling to work with you to keep business.

I really recommend you the next time you need insurance go and see Cris Flores . I am so happy I made the right choice with her. Thank you Cris. You are awesome
